Black History Month Every February, people in the United States celebrate the achievements and history of African Americans as part of Black History Month. While the Asian Americans are celebrating the Lunar New Year, February is also Black History Month that honors the long history of all African Americans,  we r are reminded to reflect on the contributions, and especially the struggle for racial equality and justice by African Americans.
